Dairy Farmers

Mailing Project Information:

FORMAT:
Strongly branded A4 envelope personally addressed to the Farmer.

CONTENTS:
A specialised information pack relating to the dairy farming industry, containing leaflets, brochures, response forms, specification sheets or any promotional material A4 or smaller.

PURPOSE:
To distribute key information to the Dairy Farmer, in the most cost effective way possible; in order to keep the Farmer up to date on the latest products and services available. The prime intent is to maximise market exposure and generate direct sales enquires for participating companies. The literature can also be targeted to invite the Farmer to your stand at the Stoneleigh 2008 Dairy Event (companies are more than welcome to reference which Stand, Avenue, Hall or Row they will be exhibiting in, giving the opportunity to pre-launch specialist promotions or demonstrations and offering the Farmer the opportunity to make best use of the two day event).

DISTRIBUTION:
The Dairy pack will be mailed to 10,000 of the largest Dairy Farmers throughout the UK (determined by head of dairy cows). Job titles will include the Farm Owner/Proprietor and Manager.

TIMING:
The mailing will be timed for the Stoneleigh Dairy Farming Event, with the information pack delivered to the Farmer within the first ten days of September just prior to the Dairy Farming Event scheduled for the 17th and 18th of September 2008.

COST:
The price of £1695.00 plus vat includes postage, packaging and a direct response leaflet containing the company name or contact name with the fax number of your company. Items can weigh up to 15 grams in weight. Heavier items can also be carried by arrangement (e.g. one A4 sheet of 130gsm paper weighs 8.1 grams).

PRINTING:
Radius offers a first class printing service to all customers. The basic price for 10,000 A4 full colour leaflets is £575.00 plus vat.
